Counselling and psychological care

If you are beginning your gender transition, have questions about how to do it, or want to talk to a specialist about issues that concern you about the process or your identity, we offer peer counseling and psychological care services.

Peer counseling is an instance in which you can consult everything you need to know about gender transitions. Your doubts will be answered by trans people and cis family members trained to do so.

The peer counseling service is free and available online for transgender people of all ages and places, as well as their family members.
If you require psychological care, we also have psychologists who care for trans people and their families.

We recommend that if you don’t know where to start, you first schedule an hour of peer counseling. Then, if you also need it, we will refer you to take an hour of psychological attention. We recommend this because many of the questions that people have at the beginning of the transit are doubts that can be resolved in peer counseling and do not require psychological attention. In addition, peer counseling is free, unlike psychological care, which does have an associated value.
You can schedule a peer counseling time on the Schedule Time button.

If for other reasons you require direct psychological care, write to us at: [email protected] so we can assist you.
